Notice of AGM
Date: Friday November 6th, 2026
Time: Registration: 6:30pm, Formal Agenda begins at 7 p.m.
Location: Hybrid; virtual and in person at 620 Clark Drive in Vancouver.
Our Annual General Meeting is taking place on November 6th, 2026. This meeting will be a combination of virtual and in person. To attend and vote, you must be a current member of the organization. To be a member, you must register and pay the membership due ($5.00). Memberships must be valid a minimum of 30 days prior to the AGM (so don’t delay, make sure your membership is valid!!).
Please RSVP to the Executive Director noting whether you will be attending virtually or in person.
Meeting package will be sent to those who have RSVP’d closer to the AGM.
