Book an Appointment for Test Results

STI results can take up to 2 weeks. Pap results can take up to 8 weeks.

If there is a positive result, an incomplete test, or something else to follow up on, a clinician will typically call you as soon as possible.

If you went to one of our Options clinics and you would like to discuss your results, you will need to speak to a clinician at the clinic you visited. In most clinics, you can call during clinic hours or leave a voicemail requesting that the clinic calls you when they have your results.

For help finding the number to contact the clinic or other questions about test results, contact Sex Sense. Note: Sex Sense does not have access to your results and cannot communicate with the Options Clinic on your behalf. They can help you find the contact information for the clinic.

If you had a telehealth appointment and you would like to discuss your results, you will need to schedule a telehealth appointment. We will only schedule your appointment if we have received your results.

1. Email an appointment request to our Booking Team and we will schedule you in, if your results have arrived.
2. Call our Booking Team and we will book you in, if your results have arrived

You may be able to access some of your results online through My eHealth.
Sometimes your results will be available in My eHealth before our clinicians have access to them.
