A Career with Opt

Do you have a passion for sexual health? Are you a champion for access to sexual health services, information, and care? Come work with us at Opt!

Working for Opt is rewarding and challenging:

  • Many of our clinics are located in rural communities, with our clinic being one of the very few resources in that community.
  • Our clinicians need strong professional and interpersonal skills and confidence in their abilities in the health field, high standards of work and personal conduct, and a desire to learn as much as they can about sexual and reproductive health.
  • Our Provincial Office team is tiny but mighty! The hard-working team at the Provincial Office are committed to our clients' experience and providing access to care throughout the province.
  • As a member of the Opt team, you will also spend time in the company of some of the best trained and most capable colleagues you will ever encounter.

Opt strongly encourages interest from marginalized populations, persons with disabilities, visible minorities, Indigenous people, people of all sexual orientations and genders, and others who may contribute to furthering the mission of the organization.
