Date: Friday November 6th, 2026
Time: Registration: 6:30pm, Formal Agenda begins at 7 p.m. Location: Hybrid; virtual and in person at 620 Clark Street in Vancouver
Our Annual General Meeting is taking place on November 6th, 2026. This meeting will be a combination of virtual and in person (location TBD). To attend and vote, you must be a current member of the organization. To be a member, you must register and pay the membership due ($5.00). Memberships must be valid a minimum of 30 days prior to the AGM (so don’t delay, make sure your membership is valid!!).
Please RSVP noting if you will be attending in person or virtually via this link.
Meeting package will be sent to those who have RSVP’d closer to the AGM.
