Come celebrate with OPT! Meet the many talented members of OPT's Board of Directors and Branch Boards. Partake in lunch and help us recognize our outstanding volunteers and staff!
This year, OPT's Board of Directors has decided to streamline the AGM and Awards ceremony into a single day affair which will be held in Vancouver at VanDusen Botanical Gardens on Saturday, September 27th, 2008.
11.30 am - 12 pm: Registration
12 pm - 1.30 pm: Lunch and Award Ceremony
1.30 pm - 3:00 pm: Annual General Meeting
Members of the public are welcome to attend, but please note that in order to vote at the AGM, you must be a member in good standing. To renew your membership, the Provincial Office must have received a donation from you between last year's AGM and Wednesday, August 27th, 2008 (if you are a monthly donor, your membership is renewed every month).
